When it comes to "No One Cares what you had for lunch: 100 Ideas for Your Blog," the title alone is perfection.  I feel Margaret was funny and was very good at showing us a bit of who she is as a person and not being too proper or professional. It was like she was speaking to us as her friends or something. She also had some really great ideas for things you could blog about rather than mundane, basic, topics such as hobbies or simple facts about yourself. I think blogs could be a great way to interact with other people. I have only read a few blog posts but they seem to be pretty good at bringing people with similar interests/personalities together.

Hello! My name is Ruth Stevens and I am a sophomore at UT. Typically I do pencil drawings and paintings, well rather, I start pencil drawings and paintings. Normally the kind of art I make is geared towards realism and I do mainly portrait-style drawings. I also like card, board, video, and sports games (also, If you know your way around the rec center hit me up!). I am just a smidgen on the quiet side, but I do like to try and talk to new people (If we have an awkward conversation, I apologize in advance).
